River Of Poppies

I hope that everyone has taken a few moments to look at our beautiful river of poppies and reflect on the service and sacrifice made by so many people – our armed forces, our emergency services and health care workers – in the past, in the current unprecedented circumstances and in the future.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff, children and families at Royal Mile for their contributions. To the Canongate Kirk ladies (whose knitting lessons we are missing greatly) and Mr Mouat our janitor fro all his hardwork. Please do take a moment to admire our handiwork and remember those who serve and support us all.

House Competition!!

The House and Vice House Captains have an assembly coming up and are looking forward to inspiring their members to earn housepoints and glory!

They shared this competition at Assembly this week as they thought everyone might like some thinking time over the holidays.

You may notice my Unicorn hat and diamonds. The House Captains made me an Honorary House Captain of the Unicorns and said I could have diamonds on my badge.

Miss Finlayson is my Vice House Captain and according to the House Captains has to do all the work whilst I do the fun stuff! Sounds like a good job!
