I wanted to congratulate and celebrate the wonderful Royal Mile Pupil Councillors!
In an exceptional year I have had the honourof working with these great people. They found great ways to raise money for good causes and raise a smile from everyone!
A few deputies in today’s picture but we didn’t forget anyone – Mia, Mahnoor, Hasan, Leila, Olivia, Louie, Aaron, Theodora, Lynda, Fraser, Felix and Matthew!
We want to support everybody to get active and enjoy their summer so we have identified several opportunities within our summer sports coaching programmes that we would like to offer at no cost to children from families living on low incomes.
Families who are eligible for the programme include children who receive school uniform and meal grants, care experienced children, young carers, children whose families are in receipt of Universal Credit and children supported by a child’s plan.
We are happy for this information to be shared widely with all families, giving those who are eligible the opportunity to self-select.
Hello Boys and Girls (and your parents and carers at home),
I am delighted to be the Primary 4 teacher from August, when I return from my maternity leave. I know we will be able to work together to learn lots and lots of new things and have fun too!
I try very hard to create a nurturing and supporting classroom environment and expect children to try hard with their work and show a caring attitude to others.
I look forward to seeing you all again in August and sharing our successes with our school community.

Here are some summer activities for children. They can practise English language skills in a fun way through activities which are open to all children. They can meet other children, make new friends and develop English language skills – it’s the holidays!
