Primary 2 (Science!) Week in Review

Science week dominated this week! We looked at a lot of the experiments on offer throughout the week including: finger print exploration, rocket balloons, what worked best to clean small coins and looking at what happened to the shell of eggs put in coffee, dilute juice or cola for a couple of days.

In our Maths we continue to look at telling the time, focusing on quarter to the hour as well as o’clock, half past and quarter past in words, on analogue and digital clocks.

And in our Literacy we were reviewing ‘magic e‘ this week as well as using our common or tricky words!

Phew! This is just a sample of all our work and the children were keen to share the results of the egg experiment’s reveal today. We look forward to seeing you all next week!
