Primary 7 Homework Week Beginning the 10th of May

This week, the task due for Thursday, 13th of May is spelling. Please find your spelling words in the list below and choose a task to complete at home from the grid. Remember, you can bring your spelling work in on paper, email it or upload a photo on TEAMS.

We are continuing to work on our JASS-My Interests at home. This can be brought in to school and I will take a photo of it, emailed as a photo or upload a photo of the evidence to TEAMS. A reminder of what this entails is below.

I hope you all have a lovely week. Any questions or anything not clear, please just ask me.

Assembly 6th May

I hope you like this week’s assembly. You might notice my friend here, the Edinburgh Bear. He is a friendly chap. We’ll be sending out more information about the move from nursery to school and our Primary 5 buddies will be busy too!

Please remember that children should come to school with a jacket, as the last few days have shown – here in Scotland we certainly get all four seasons in one day! Take care, Mrs Jessop https://youtu.be/If1-Ncts3e4

Continuing the Conversation in Primary 7

At the moment, Primary 7 are focusing on the My Interests aspect of JASS for their homework. If you would like to further the conversation about learning in class at home, this is an overview of some of the main topics covered this week.

Last Friday, we explored Johnson’s Terrace on the Royal Mile to get some lovely photos for a competition titled: Hope Springs Eternal. Here are some of the beautiful pictures captured by the class.
