P6 are well underway of Term 2.

Social studies

Industrial Revolution and Victorians
I can interpret historical evidence from a range of periods to help to build a picture of Scotland’s heritage and my sense of chronology.

Reading, interpreting and creating timetables to help plan time

P6 started to learn about the Victorians and enjoyed visiting the ‘people’s story museum’.

 

Very busy with practising !

We are also revising telling the time. Some of us are practising 5′ intervals and are moving on to working with time tables.

Great teamwork and competition in netball this month!

We had fun planting some bulbs in our class palette this month.

We LOVED creating various items such as cards, finger knitting, piñatas and candle holders for making £5 grow!  Hopefully we will do well at our Christmas fair on Tuesday!

Our favourite activity was making shortbread!

We worked hard on reading various Scots poems, rhymes and stories, created our own dictionary and displayed some poems and songs on animations!
