Lets start with a…

⭐ BIG SHOUT OUT! ⭐

to FRANKIE who made me this brilliant watch and found out lots of facts about religion in Antarctica! Super job, Frankie! ⭐

I was looking at our sunflower seeds and they looked a little bit squished all together in their pot so I put some soil in some pots and planted them up so they could grow big and strong. I only had 2 pots, so I used a yogurt pot, a mini yogurt pot and a toilet roll tube!

Maybe you could have a go at growing some seeds?

It’s almost the Easter! YAY!

Just in case you want to keep learning, here is an Easter home learning challenge sheet however remember you are on holiday!

Miss Copeland and I are now on holiday for 2 weeks but if you wish to say hello, please send photos or a message via email to the school admin address, with the subject ‘P1 update for Miss Copeland’ or via Twitter on @RoyalMileP1 and we will get back to you after the holidays.

Eco Activities at Broughton High School

CJ one of the school’s eco reps has been busy making a difference at Broughton High School. He has been spreading the eco message and even met with the headteacher at Broughton to discuss how his school is eco. He even got a certificate for his hard work. Well done CJ!

LCC2 are on Twitter!

To help us keep in touch we are setting up a class Twitter page.

Our new LCC2 twitter account can be found on Twitter:

The age limit is 13 on Twitter so it is important that parents and carers monitor and oversee the communication on this account. The account will be private and monitored during school hours only. It is important that your child stays safe on line so here is some information for you. https://www.net-aware.org.uk/networks/twitter/

If we have photo permission for the school website and blog we will apply this to this Twitter account as well. The code of conduct applies so everyone should be polite, considerate and respectful. It is a good way for you to share what you have been doing and for us to keep in touch.
