Mental Agility

and thank you for checking in on us!

is an important skill that aids learners to concentrate on their calculations, the problems and the methods involved. It enables learners to apply thinking skills to the problems presented to them and deepen their understanding!
The ability to calculate in your head is an important part of mathematics. It is also an essential part of coping with society’s demands and managing everyday events!

Parent Information on Empowered Learning Project
Thank you to those who attended today’s information on the empowered learning project in school. Empowered Learning is an Edinburgh wide scheme to provide each learner in P6 and 7 with their own device which can be used to enhance learning both school and at home.
There is information in the flyer below for those who were not able to make today’s session as well as the digital versions of the responsible use agreement and the home school agreement. Your child will be coming home with a copy in their bag.
Please note that iPads will not be sent home until both these forms have been signed and returned to school.
