Dear Families,

On Monday, Primary 1 will begin learning about, practising, and performing a musical play called The Sleepy Shepherd. The performance to families will be in the afternoon of Wednesday 10^th December, at school.

We treasure the diversity of our school and understand that some families have strong connections to their faith.

I have uploaded the full script including song lyrics below.

If you have any queries at all, please share your thoughts and feelings with me so we can work in partnership to make this a successful performance for the pupils.

If you know of any reason your child will be absent on this day e.g. holiday, planned leave, please let me know! With our class being relatively small, everyone’s role will be key to the success of the show.

All costumes will be provided by the school as this is part of the pupil’s academic learning.
