Pupils will attend school as per normal.
Pupils should wear trainers and suitable sporting trousers/shorts.
House Colours
Pupils compete as part of a house group and are welcome to wear a t-shirt the colour of their team. Please see your child’s name below for the colour. This is not essential, however can help organisation on the day.
Pupils will participate in a range of activities, earning points for their house, as well as compete against their peers in races.

We will walk down to the location as a school and parents will be welcome to join us for the walk.
Pupils will bring their water bottle, snack and coat with them.
If the weather is hot – a sun hat or cap is recommended. Pupils are responsible for their own belongings. Please be aware they bring items from home at their own risk. Sun cream can be applied before school and pupils can apply sun cream to themselves however this must not contain nut or almond oil due to nut allergies.
Supporters
We encourage family to attend and support our event, however the following steps will support your child’s emotional regulation on the day.
- If you can attend, let your child know where/when you will be arriving
- If you cannot attend please tell your child in advance, and let them know when you will see them. I cannot express how much this helps on the day. We can also let these children know that we will take photos to share with their grown ups so they can talk through the day at home.
- Encourage your child to stay with their supporting peers and teachers, as this is a school event.

After the event
Pupils will be expected to return to school until home time at 12:20 – if they are signed up to football club, 13:00.
