P5 Home Learning

Please find attached the Home Learning grid for Monday 12th September and Tuesday 13th September for P5. We have sent home a jotter and pencil to allow the class to do the home learning challenges that are attached. It is a great way for us to share what they have been able to do at home when they return to school.
