Primary 5 have been working on their letter writing this month. We wrote a thank you letter to someone we know, then a collaborative persuasive letter to our local MSP to tell them what Eco initiatives we would like to see in the area, our own letter explaining Eco initiatives in school and finally an imaginative letter as a character in Harry Potter.
We entered an art competition, the Winter Window’s Display where the theme this year was Connection and Kindness. You can see all the wonderful P5 contributions below!
For Robert Louis Stevenson Day on 13th November we read two poems from his famous 1885 book ‘A Child’s Garden of Verses’ : ‘The Moon’ and ‘The Lamplighter’ created some drawings to illustrate these poems.
