On Monday 30th October some of our P7s went with some of the P6s to Meadowbank for the city wide Sportshall Athletics competition. This was the culmination of several weeks training and selection, and the children should all be very proud of their achievements. Both behaviour and sportsmanship were excellent and everyone taking part tried their best.

Primary 1 Homework
We have finished learning all of our block 1 sounds. Yay us!
We are spending the next few weeks consolidated our learning and practising our handwriting of these sounds.
For the next few weeks there will be no new sounds.
However, I ask that practise can be continued on identifying the single sounds and, if suitable, creating and blending some short CVC (3 letter) words.
