A big thank you to everyone who came along during Book Week when we launched our Read, Write, Count bags to Primary 3!
The children had a fantastic time exploring their gifts during the week and they loved to share their games and stories and other creations from the week with each other.
Please enjoy seeing some of their work!
We will continue to look at some of our wonderful Read, Write, Count books as part of our homework this week! A maths sheet alternative to online homework will also be in your child’s jotter.
It’s Book Week! Please do share a favourite story with each other this week for your reading homework. Additionally, check your child’s jotter for their spelling words.
As we are preparing for our topic presentations, please check your child’s homework tasks carefully.
As part of the National(and global) initiative to encourage play and learning in the outdoors, P3 went outside on the 1st of November to create maps of our playground.
We are thinking about the features we can see in our playground and how these might look like on a map!
We will continue to look at maps this month as we look into ‘Secret Edinburgh’ as part of our Scottish focus this month!
