Hello everyone! Yesterday P3 brought home the “Homework Bag” with the new activities for this week. Please remember:
* The Reading Books should be brought to school everyday. On the following Monday, the books will stay at school so we can change them by new ones for Tuesday.
* I would like them to bring their completed homework back to school before or on the following Monday, so I can check it and give them a feedback.
**Try to remind them to bring their homework bags before Tuesday so they can get the new pack home. Thanks!
This week there are three pieces of homework:
Reading – new book, and activities to practice vocabulary and/or develop their comprehension skills.
Spelling – this weeks spelling homework is focused on practicing the Set 2 sounds, which we just finished. They can use the vocabulary learned during the lessons to complete the list of words. Then they can exercise their sentence composition by writing sentences using the words of their own list.
Numeracy – they can develop the skills learned by completing the place value activities on this week’s Numeracy homework.
