Remember that it is perfectly normal to feel all these emotions, sometimes within a very short period of time – I always think of that funny video about the baby who’s emotions were up and down like a rollercoaster – Can you remember how scared it was when its mummy blew her nose and how quickly mum consoled it?
I hope that mostly you are feeling ok and when you are feeling down that you have plenty of nice things to think about and do to cheer yourself up.
