P4 were learning to give instructions, listen to instructions and follow instructions in outdoor learning this week. We learned that listening takes a high level of concentration when there are multiple or difficult instructions. We learned that ‘imagining yourself’ following the instructions helped us to remember them.

Hello my name is Kaiden and I am the health rep and me and primary 5 made smoothies ideas and who win gets their smoothie ideas to become a real drink. We then went on an adventure to Crags and it was tiring but we got there and back. 15 minutes walking I counted and it was so hot. That was our healthy week we made a wake up shake up video for our new buddies in nursery and it was so fun and good for the health. Me and the Eco rep Seth planted seeds and it’s good for mother nature and also fantastic for health week. Goodbye have a great day and a fantastic weekend.
