This will be Ms De La Cruz’s last week in P3/4, however it will be a busy one with rehearsals for P3/4 Assembly underway and the filming of our information videos on our Scottish Inventors completed subject to editing. Ms De La Cruz will be returning to teach in P6 after the Easter Holidays so we will still be able to see her and she will be helping at the P3/4 Assembly on 20th March. In Maths we will be finishing our work on fractions and will be continuing to look at money and the change we are able to calculate from different amounts.
In Writing we have started looking at writing imaginative adventure stories focusing on paragraphs and dialogue using our chosen countries from our personal projects to fire our imaginations.
Home Learning will be sent home on Monday and should be returned on Friday. In the bag, this week, will be the weekly spelling challenge, class reader, the Rainbow Mental Maths Strategies sheet and the other curriculum challenge sheet. Thank you for all the lovely work that has been sent in so far about the country of Peru, it has been very informative and exciting.
