This week P3/4 will be working with P6 and the Play Rangers to learn new games, activities and skills for the playground. Once we have completed this we will be using all these skills during our Fun 31 time and at playtimes.
In Writing, P3/4 will continue to work on their Scots Performance Poems and we hope to be able to perform some of them at the Scots Assembly on Friday. In Maths, we are continuing to look at Estimation and Rounding, along with our Mental Maths Minute challenge.
Home Learning will be sent home in the bag on Monday and should be returned on Friday for discussion and reflection. This week, there will be a book to read for pleasure, weekly spelling words with challenges, other curriculum Scottish Inventors challenge grid and the Rainbow Mental Maths Strategies sheets. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss any aspect of the Home Learning provided. Please remember that PE is taking place on Wednesday and Thursday and your child can come to school in their PE outfit or leave a change in school.
