General Homework for 23rd May
Request for cereal boxes:
Please send in a cereal box or a cardboard box of a similar size (or two!) if you can spare them to help us to create habitat models as part of our Living Things topic.
Literacy – We are starting to look at the ‘magic e’ sounds pattern this week with the ‘a_e‘ pattern as found in ‘make‘. Please complete the sounds words worksheet and have a go at playing the roll-a-word mat for the ‘a_e’ pattern. You can search for ‘dice roller’ for online alternatives to physical dice.
Reading – Reading books will go out on Thursday, with comprehension sheets, to be returned for Monday the 30th of May.
Maths – Try one or two activities on Education City in the Adding and Taking Away Homework OR the worksheet that goes home today.
Continue to look over your new Mental Agility Activity Sheet. Have a go at one or two activities on the sheet. Do feel free to send in something you have done together on this.
