We thought an afternoon at the beach might be relaxing 🤣

Cliffs, rocks, waves and nuclear submarines .

This morning we took a walk in the forest. Each member of the group got a chance to be the leader, responsible for our route and our safety.Yes we all got back safely however it did take us through and up waterfalls, over across and under trees!

And late to rise ! We all had a great nights sleep. Much needed after all our activities and fresh air. Everyone ready to do it all again today.

Swapping canoes while out on loch Eck and a water picnic of hot chocolate to warm us up. A bit of splashing about to end the afternoon
