You will find your tasks for Friday on Class Notebook.
In the Writing section there is a task that will first involves some reading, answering questions, then creative writing. This task involves some of the skills we have recently been developing. This task will be entirely digital – jotters are of course in school!
In the IDL section, I would like you all to make sure you have completed the Prejudice and Persecution lesson in full. Once completed, please go back through the rest of the other lessons, making sure there is nothing left to finish. I would like as many of you as possible to have caught up by Monday.
There is to be an extremely intense storm on Friday. Firstly, I hope you and your families are all safe. Secondly, I want you to be as observant as possible. What do you see? What do you hear? What is being reported on the news? Have you seen any effects of the storm? Using questions like these, I would like you type some notes (Notes, Word) about your experience of Friday. We will be using these as inspiration for some writing tasks next week, so try to include as much detail in your notes as possible. You could even either try to capture some footage of the storm from a window, or make a series of recordings (voice or video) talking about your observations, reactions, and thoughts on the storm.
The homework that would have been due on Friday morning – please complete this, if you have not already done so, for Monday morning.
